Now, can anyone please tell me why there is any argument to allow work visas for ANY ILLEGALS? If you knew for a fact that someone was going to try to break into your home, and not just your home, but all the homes on YOUR BLOCK, and that the perpetrator wanted to murder ALL OF YOU, would you be a little nervous? Would you say to every stranger who knocked on the door, "Hey! Come right in!" ???

HOW ABOUT PEOPLE WHO JUST RANDOMLY SHOW UP IN YOUR HOUSE, THROUGH THE WINDOW?

WOULD YOU GET OUT THE FINE CHINA SET AND HAVE THEM STAY FOR THE NIGHT?

OR TWO NIGHTS??

OR THREE?????

HOW ABOUT FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS? WOULD YOU DO THAT? AND PAY FOR THEIR MEDICAL BILLS? AND GIVE THEM A RETIREMENT PLAN? WOULD YOU DO THAT FOR SOMEONE WHO SHOWED UP IN YOUR HOUSE, WITHOUT USING THE DOOR???!!!!!??????

Folks, let's even just forget about the terrorism thing right now... There's a perfectly good plan in place for all those fine folks who want a job! It's called NATURALIZATION!
There are centers immigrants can go to, through which they can even start the path to citizenship! Isn't that how great grandma and grandpa did it? DIDN'T THEY HAVE TO STAND IN LINE AND WAIT FOR THEIR PAPERS?

Ok, so now that we know there IS a process for immigration available, and in working order, and legal, let's move on to terrorism. Let's say that you average 5 people per day that show up in your house without using the door... I know, I know, it's crazy, but lets just say that happens. Some guy just standing in your living room, and since you don't know what to say to them, and they just keep showing up anyway, you give them some usefull work to do...
Let's even say that you don't mind having these people around, because they do a lot of cleaning up in the house that you don't especially want to be bothered with... cooking, vacuuming, dish washing... etc... so it's going ok...

But one day, you hear that someone down the block wants to steal your couch... or maybe your cat, or your dog... or they want to kill your dog, because it was pooping on their yard.... or that they want to beat up your kids, because they swear that they saw your kid on their lawn playing football last week.... oh but wait, now you find out that your neighbor is a psychotic killer... hmmm... does that change ANYTHING about how you treat STRANGERS that just show up in your house? Do you think you would keep letting these STRANGERS popping in through the windows, or walking in your door unannounced?

LOCK THE DOOR! BOLT THE WINDOWS! GET THE SHOT GUN!

Are these not appropriate measures to prevent you or your children from being killed?

How long are we going to wait until we lock the doors? How long are we going to wait until we check the windows, check the basement, get the guns and standby at the gate, to watch for our psychotic neighbors???
